R. William “Bill” Futch is an attorney with offices located in Ocala, Florida. He also acts as Manager/Owner and Corporate Counsel to Marion Lake Sumter Title of Ocala.
Bill has been admitted to practice law in Florida since May 1981, and is also admitted in Texas.
He specializes in Real Estate and Commercial Transactions, Banking and Finance, and Estate Planning and Probate.
Bill is a Member of the Marion County Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Texas Bar, American Arbitration Association, and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.

Brittany moved to Ocala in 2014 from Martin County. Brittany started her title career as a receptionist doing order entry and has quickly moved into the processing department. She is excited to extend her knowledge of the title industry and aims to always provide excellent customer service. She has obtained her Florida Title Agent License and strives to begin a career as a closer. When Brittany is not at the office she loves to spend time with her husband and daughter.

Heather is a native to Ocala with extensive knowledge of Marion County, particularly the horse farm community and the Northwest portion of the county. She began her career in title insurance as a pre-closing processor and quickly moved into a closing assistant role within a few months time. Heather has an extensive client care background and strives to ensure that every customer feels welcome and cared for. She looks forward to extending her knowledge and experience in the title industry for many years to come.
